Prime-Rose Hareses: Building creative futures through RRR Studio Prime

Prime-Rose Hareses is redefining what it means to be a creative entrepreneur in Namibia.

As the founder of RRR Studio Prime, a 100% Namibian-owned creative platform, Hareses, at just 22 years old, has created more than just a studio – she has built a space where young people can transform talent into opportunity.

RRR Studios was born from Hareses’ desire to close the gap between creativity and access.

She recognised that while Namibian youth possess immense talent and ambition, many lack professional environments that help them turn their skills into sustainable careers.

Her vision was to create a culturally rooted platform where youth entrepreneurship becomes a proactive response to unemployment, empowering young people to own their ideas and actively participate in the economy.

One-stop studio for creatives

Today, RRR Studio operates as a one-stop creative partner for both creatives and corporations.

While initially focused on music, the studio has expanded into photography, videography, graphic design and website development.

Based at the Old Power Station Centre in Windhoek, the studio serves as a physical hub where clients and creatives engage in a professional, structured environment that nurtures confidence and industry readiness.

Like many young entrepreneurs, Hareses faced challenges such as limited resources, building credibility and establishing sustainable systems.

She overcame these obstacles through reinvestment, strengthening networks and continuously improving operations. One of the studio’s latest innovations includes an online client booking system, aimed at improving efficiency and client experience.

Intention, discipline and patience

Beyond commercial work, RRR Studios extends its impact through the Risen Rose Foundation, its social impact arm focused on holistic youth development.

Under the motto 'Rise Together', the foundation offers creative arts programmes, mentorship, wellness initiatives, and community projects.

One notable initiative, April Madness 2024, supported around forty emerging artists with free recording, mixing, and mastering services.

Through workshops, dance fitness programmes, internships, and mental wellness activities, Hareses continues to create spaces where young people are supported creatively, academically and emotionally.

Her advice to aspiring creatives is simple but powerful. “Young people should approach their creative passion with intention, discipline and patience. It is important to learn the business side of creativity, seek mentorship, build networks, and remain open to growth,” she says.

For Prime-Rose Hareses, creativity paired with strategy is not just a career path, it is a tool for national development and youth empowerment.
